Some of you have been following these lessons for a few years now and could really pass on what you have learned to others – for free!

For some reason or other Tuesday evening of the week seems to be the spiritual evening for giving instruction.

It is very simple to advertise, or to get a group of friends to join you in an evening to do some Hatha postures, some Prananyama, and a bit of meditation. Two hours of the evening goes by rather quickly and everyone will have learned a little about settling into their true SELF.

If you have the time and help, depending on how large your group is you can serve a drink afterwards and discuss what each one knows about Yoga.

Prior to beginning the evening of practices you can give a reading of one of my lessons found at www.real-yoga.com/newsletters/

You can then discuss that particular subject – or you can give your own interpretation of the subject yourself. After all there is no handle on the truth.

EVERYTHING we say and do is an illusion, but the closer we get to ultimate truth through Union, the more varied our explanations become, until one day we see the truth in everything – even opposing views. Seems incomprehensible doesn’t it? Yet so it is.

So for those of you who are interested in learning, place an ad in your local paper, or gather a few friends around you to practice living the Yoga life.
