The Cycles
1 Year
A new beginning. Time to plant the seed. Strength, determined and obstinate. This child will have a great start in life. Will be influenced to be creative and inventive. Will be better not fussed over too much in its first year. Watch for falling on head and getting feet caught up in the crib.
2 Year
This child needs lots of care. It is the time to water that seed planted in the 1 year. This child should never be shouted at as it will be very sensitive. Special attention given to bladder and kidneys in this year.
3 Year
Laughter will influence this child born in this cycle year. Very happy and will be influenced through its life in the arts. Keep the liver healthy and no orange juice for this child — too much acid for the 3's.
4 Year
The 4 year influences a child to be very healthy and tough, but should be given the very best of foods in the first year — breast feeding is essential for the 4. As the child grows you will notice a mechanical genius on your hands.
5 Year
This is the baby that appears to need a homeopathic or herbal nervine. It is only appearance, as this is the energetic and vital child. Lungs and sinuses are relevant here and this baby should be taken off all milk after weaning from the breast. The influences here is that the baby at a very early age will out fox you — very clever.
6 Year
Born in the 6 year gives a child an advantage as it is the balanced vibration. The only thing noticeable is it will be a fussy baby — perhaps a bit too demanding. You will have to pre–think its wants.
7 Year
The 7 child is the alone child, the loner, shy, so the influence will be best to leave baby alone in the fresh air and the greenery of the trees. The 7 loves nature. Looking into the eyes of the 7 influenced child is like looking in to deep wells. Almost a mystic quality.
8 Year
The 8 child is trouble free, so to be born into an 8 year cycle is pretty nice. One often hears parents say about one of their children He never gave a moments problems

9 Year
The 9 influence gives this child the need to have lots of attention, so be prepared to cuddle and hold and rock and give lots of love to this child. Also the influence to skin and nerve disorders prevails.
With a balanced name, these problems mentioned above cease to exist, except in a nominal way of course. I say of course because as is the custom with parents, not everything is done right at the right time and in the right way. For instance, even if your baby is balanced and has a predominance of 9s, one should still make sure that nervous tension is reduced in the environment.
