Samkhya Yoga is a mathematical science that measures the movements of the Heavens. Samkhya Yoga is expressed in mathematical equations.

Yantra Yoga is a sub–lesson of Samkhya Yoga which is a sub–lesson of Mudra Yoga.

Ultimately, Yantra Yoga is a self study. In other words, it helps you understand your SELF. When you learn the soul and expression numbers, you will understand why you or others are the way they are and do the things they do.

We offer Free Lessons in Yantra Yoga for those that are keen.

Learning Yantra Yoga takes about 1 week. Understanding Yantra Yoga takes 1 year. Mastering Yantra Yoga takes a lifetime.

Both Astrology and Yantra Yoga are sublessons of Mudra Yoga. Which one you use is really personal choice.

One could say the primary difference is that in Astrology one looks at the personality while in Yantra Yoga one is able to look at both the character and the personality.

At the end of the day, if you gave experts in Yantra Yoga and Astrology the same question, it's been said they would both have the same answer. Essentially, both do similar things yet have different purposes and/or uses.

For us, our main focus is to use the science of Yantra Yoga to help balance names with one's birthpath and for the purposes of understanding cycles. We personally are not as interested in doing readings.
